Shipping & Returns

At this time we ship within Canada only. All orders are expedited via Canada Post and you should expect your package 1-7 business day from ship. All our packages have a tracking number and will be sent to you when the order is shipped. Please note that these are estimated delivery time frames. We cannot guarantee delivery date and times may vary depending on the season.

We offer FREE shipping on all order over $150 (before GST) all other shipping rates are calculated upon checkout and vary depending on weight.

- Order Processing, Lost Packages & Damaged Orders -

We aim to get all of our online orders out the door as quick as possible. We generally process orders within 3 business days. If there is any sort of a delay in processing your order we will be sure to be in contact.

Dang! This unfortunately does happen occasionally. If your order has gone walk-about send us an email to hello@harrowhaircompany.com and we will help you our ASAP. Most likely we will submit a claim to Canada Post on your behalf and get a replacement order in the mail.

Did your package get a little roughed up? That does happen occasionally despite our best effort when packing orders. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear and tear; however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, notify us immediately at hello@harrowhaircompany.com

If you can include the order confirmation and photos that is most helpful for us to submit a claim on your behalf to the carrier. Once we get all the info we will get a replacement item shipped as soon as possible.

- Returns & Exchanges -

Yes, we do offer exchanges, in-store credit or refunds if any reason you are unhappy with your purchase within 7 days of purchasing your product. Please note: All products must be unused & unopened within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for a full refund.

Any return processed after a 7-day period is eligible ONLY for exchange or in-store credit for up to a 14 days after your have purchased your order.

- Products that are out of stock -

Our inventory may be subject to change, despite our best efforts to keep inventory accurate and up to date.

This rarely happens but in the event that it does, you will be notified shortly after placing your order. If the item is en-route we will give you a time frame for delivery or you can choose to have the item refunded for the payment amount with our deepest apologies.
